Like most real estate companies, our company started with the simple renovation of houses and apartments.
We quickly realized that there were very few quality renovations and quality rentals in the Belgian real estate market. Over time, Investim Réalisations has acquired building plots to build new apartment buildings.
The main requirements of our society were (….and still are….) :
- an ideal location and a pleasant living environment
- contemporary and refined architecture
- spacious apartments with luxurious and quality finishes
- a real service and a real welcome to our tenants
Currently, a new building on Genval-Rixensart’s new Genval paper mill site has just been completed: 20 luxury 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are now available.

Serving Investim Realisaties for several years now, I have worked daily to ensure our tenants a pleasant stay in our apartments.
My training as a real estate agent and my technical skills allow me to fullfil the requirements of our tenants.
I will answer them as well as for an administrative questions than a technical problem.
Most of the time, i will be in touch with our tenants : therefore it is very important to me to establish a confident relationship.

Ariane Myressiotis
With a degree in Architecture and Law, my role at Investim Realizations is mainly the development of new projects and the maintenance of existing projects.
The implementation of new projects requires a lot of personal investment in order to meet the requirements of livability and environmental.
Of a very dynamic nature, I try to answer at best the requests of our tenants.
